COST

We have paid and free shipping options. It will be presented to you on the payment screen.

DELIVERY TIME

Order processing time is 2 days. After processing orders are being shipped. Delivery of shipments is normally 5 to 15 days from the day after orders are processed. 

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

MY TRACKING SAYS, “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURNING GOODS

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please ask for the warehouse address to send the products back.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Once we receive the returned package, we'll complete your return within one business day. For exchange, we will ship you a new item within 3 business days and provide your tracking number.
